EastBoro I

• ROOFTOP TERRACE: Private, landscaped rooftop terrace with outdoor seating and Wi-Fi

• FITNESS CENTER: Renovated fitness center featuring cardio, free weights, men's and women's locker rooms and towel service

• BIKE ROOM: Secure bike storage room with full sets of lockers, bike racks, repair stations, air pumps and loaner bikes for tenants to ride to their favorite lunch spot

• SPORTS COURT: Tenant-only sports court located on the shared EastBoro I & II parking garage, equipped for basketball, short-court tennis, and volleyball, as well as a seating area with picnic tables

EastBoro II

• LOUNGE: Collaborative lounge and gaming center offering space to take and break and unwind or host after-hour events

• PATIO: Exterior patio with modern furniture, Wi-Fi access and 50" HD exterior monitor with cable TV

EastBoro III

• CONFERENCE CENTER: Two-room conference center equipped with plug-and-play presentation technology (with moveable wall for larger meetings of up to 50 people)

AV SERVICES: The Boro District has partnered with Onyx AV to provide any AV meeting or event support. All requests should be submitted through the building app. Questions about AV support? Contact support@onyxav.com.

If your meeting or event extends until after hours, requests for overtime lighting or HVAC must be submitted through the building app at least 24 hours in advance.
